Handcrafted Metal, Inc. warrants the quality of its products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Product problems arising from inappropriate installation, the consequences of uses for which the product was not designed, failure to maintain normal maintenance, hard water, or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty.

The purchaser shall have the obligation to inspect the product immediately upon receipt, and before installation, to check for defects and to determine if damage has resulted from shipment. Damage resulting from shipment must be reported, in writing, to Handcrafted Metal Inc. within 7 days of delivery.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement only of defective parts that are returned (shipping charges prepaid) to Handcrafted Metal, Inc. and are determined by the company to be defective. Products will not be accepted for repair or replacement under this limited warranty unless prior authorization has been given for their return.
