Stainless Steel or Zinc Alcove countertop with 3-Sided wavy splash
A whimsical free-form wavy backsplash adds a light touch to this bullnose counter. This wavy pattern came from one of the several impromptu drawings made by our customer. The shape of the splash really delivers a bit of her personality! The integral backsplash has fully welded radius construction at both of the rear vertical corner joints and at all of the horizontal joints. Butterfly finish on the splash contrasts nicely with the jitterbug finish on the deck. Notice the delightful play of light and reflections in the deck - almost like a pool of water. This splash height is about 4" at the lowest point, and 10" at the tallest point. When built from zinc, the sparkly finish on the splash would become dull with age, so for zinc we recommend a standard finish instead. |
